So exciting! I'm gonna be aunt to niece number 2 and err...auntie to three soon! By tomorrow little davina's pretty face will be up here. Pretty because christine's cousin is a gorgeous model from taiwan and good genes come from that side of the family.

Hope anna doesnt howl the house down without mummy home tonight. Otherwise, she is just too cute for words.

And work's been good. Lunch from 1245 to 1545 today at grand copthorne, FREE. Left office by 5. Previous friday, shopping at suntec from lunchtime onwards, where we women (and maybe 5 men) bonded over retail therapy. Tomorrow, dialogue session at changi naval base from lunchtime onwards. Wednesday, yet another buffet lunch at goodwood park hotel. Home by 6 exact everyday. Practically all execs are nus alumni with majority from arts. LIFE'S GOOD.

Now the only things left are that christine gets a fast safe delivery, and nathan gets safely back on sunday from land of aussie and anna gets to marry both of us. Yay.

There i was patting myself on the back for managing so well (so far) on heels running for the bus every morning for the past few days. And then there i was landing on my knees on the oily crowded kopitiam floor. And then there i was getting the heel firmly stuck in the gap at the lift opening and taking off the shoe and kneeling down to pry it out.

Shoes give me blisters, heels give me embarrassment. What do i do now?

Arghh one of the managers told me that when she worked overtime at gombak and had to walk down the entire hill to the main road, she used to encounter snakes especially when it was dark and late at night. Ewwww i hope i never ever get to work ot and i never ever see a snake. I will freak out and i will die, d i e. Gimme the climb up the hill anytime.
